摘要
在对国内外研究现状综合评述的基础上,选取了10个评价指标,运用主成分分析方法,对上海市19个区县的技术创新能力进行定量评价.分别从技术创新产出能力、技术创新投入能力和支撑能力、孵化基地的孵化能力及技术创新综合能力等方面,分析和揭示了上海市各区县的技术创新能力差异及其成因.
Based on a summary of technological innovation capacity evaluation at home and abroad, a quantitative assessment on technological innovation capacity of 19 districts and counties in Shanghai is conducted through an evaluation indicator system including 10 concrete criteria and principal component analysis, and the regional differences in technological innovation capacity and their causes are analyzed from the perspectives of output capacity, input and supporting capacity, incubating capacity of incubating bases and composite capacity of technological innovation.
