摘要
目的:探讨全膝关节置换术后,早期康复训练对膝关节的功能恢复情况的影响.方法:全膝关节置换术后患者30例,42膝,手术第1天~3天开始肌力及关节活动度训练,同时疼痛部位行810nm半导体激光局部照射,第2天~3天开始使用CPM治疗.结果:平均HSS评分82.8分,平均膝关节屈曲度为96.5°.结论:膝关节置换术后尽早开展康复治疗可减轻粘连,缓解局部疼痛,改善关节活动度,是提高术后疗效的有效治疗方法.
Objective To evaluate the effect of physiotherapy and rehabilitation exereise on early function after total knee replacement. Methods We studied the short-term recovery and the factors affecting the range of movement from 30 patients with 42 total knees arthroplasties. The methods of muscle and range of motion (ROM) training, continuous passive motion (CPM) and semiconductor laser irradiation were performed. Results The mean HSS: 82.8 point, mean postoperative knee flexion : 96.5°. Conclusion Our study suggest that early rehabilitation can reduce adhesion, relax pain and improve the range of motion, is effective method for total knee replacement.
