摘要
利用有限元技术对一种自行设计的电控高压共轨喷油器的密封件进行了强度和可靠性的计算与分析.结果表明,密封件的密封性能取决于燃油压力、密封件自身的材料物理性能、喷油器体与栓塞套间的径向间隙及两者间的偏心度,其中以燃油压力最为重要.
Using finite element analysis, the structural and the reliability analysis of the sealing element in electronically controlled high pressure common rail injector is performed. The results show that the sealed reliability of the sealing element mainly depends on the fuel pressure, the physical capability of sealing element, the radial clearance and the eccentricity of the coupled part, and the fuel pressure is the most important factor. Moreover, the analysis method is effective for similar researches and the results offer an academic method to improve the sealed reliability of injector.
