摘要
为了解纳米碳酸钙改性沥青的路用性能及改性机理,通过沥青及沥青混合料试验分析其路用性能,运用沥青的四组分分析、红外光谱和差示扫描量热分析等试验手段探讨改性机理.结果表明,纳米碳酸钙掺加到沥青中改善和提高了沥青性能;纳米碳酸钙加入基质沥青后,能与基质沥青形成均匀、稳定的共混体系,改善了沥青的高温性能.
From the viewpoint on road performance and modification mechanism, the road performance of the nano-CaCO3modified asphalt and its mixture is analyzed. By way of component analyzing, Infrared Adsorption Spectrum Analysis (IR) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), the mechanism of modification is studied. The result shows that the nano-CaCO3 improves and enhances the quality of basis asphalt and asphalt mixture. And it shows that the mixture of nano-CaCO3 and asphalt forms an uniform and steady system which improves temperature susceptibility of asphalt at high temperature.
