摘要
目的:在低剂量照射条件下,合并化疗,以观察肿瘤细胞动力学变化。方法:应用0.05GyX射线对荷瘤鼠全身照射,结果:发现肿瘤细胞摄入3H—TdR能力降低,C0/G1期细胞百分数增加,S期细胞百分数下降,G2期出现阻滞现象,且与对照组比较差异有显著性。低剂量辐射可增强丝裂霉素的化疗效果,导致肿瘤组织生长明显受抑。结论:上述结果证明:低剂量辐射可以抑制肿瘤细胞DNA合成,诱导肿瘤细胞动力学改变,间接证实这种效应可促使肿瘤细胞向着程序化细胞死亡方向转变。且上述效应均有利于丝裂霉素的抗肿瘤作用。
The changes of carcinoma cell cycle distribution were induced in vitro and in vivo by low dose(0. 05Gy) X-ray irradiation. The percentages of the cells in G0/G1 phases tended to increase and that in S phase decreased. The extent of accumulation of cells in G1 phase was dose associated with programmed cell death (PCD) . It is indirectly showed in this study that low dose X-irradiation can impel the malignant cells to proceed to PCD. The result also demonstrated that low dose X - irradiation enhanced efficacy of mitomycin in killing malignant cells.
