摘要
综述了我国模具钢(冷作模具钢、热作模具钢和塑料模具钢)及其热处理工艺和标准的现状以及其性能和适用范围。现实情况表明,我国已建立了较完整的模具制造工业和钢种体系,有的模具钢性能和热处理后的使用寿命已达到了国际先进水平。
The recent research on die steels and heat treatment processes in China have been reviewed. Three kinds of steels that is cold work die steels, hot work die steels and plastic mould steels, including their standards, heat treatment processes, performances and applicarion ranges have been stated in this poper. It can be concluded that rather perfect die industry and die steels series have been established in China. Properties of some die and mould steels and their heat treatment have been attained with advanced world standards.
