摘要
60kg/m型钢轨在改制异型轨的过程中其轨腰处出现纵向裂纹。采用JSM-5600LV扫描电镜I、NCA能谱仪和光学显微镜等对开裂钢轨进行了分析。结果表明,由于加热不均,造成钢轨局部区域温度过高,在钢轨腰部出现过烧、氧化和晶界熔化,并在该区域的组织中出现魏氏体组织,导致在轧制过程中轨腰处出现纵向裂纹。
The longitudinal cracks of rail web which appeared during heating rail. The cracks have been analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, JSM-5600LV scanning electron microscope inspection, INCA quantitative electron microanalysis and optical microscope examination. The results showed that the high temperature caused by heterogeneous heating on web during shaped rail machining had induced to overburning, cracks, grain boundary melting, and widmanstatten microstructure occurred at rail web.
