真养产碱杆菌发酵生产PHB的培养条件优化 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究真养产碱杆菌发酵生产聚-β-羟基丁酸(PHB)的最优化培养条件及其产生PHB的生物学过程。方法:对真养产碱杆菌发酵生产PHB的培养基组分和培养条件进行优化。结果:真养产碱杆菌发酵生产PHB的最优化培养基组成和培养条件为:葡萄糖4.0%,硫酸铵0.3%,pH7.2,装液量80mL/250mL,接种量10%。结论:在上述培养条件下真养产碱杆菌培养30h时,PHB的质量浓度达到最高值0.825g/L,细胞干重为1.734g/L。 objective: The optimal culture conditions and bioprocess for the production of PHB from Alcaligenes eutrophus were studied. Methods: The medium components and the culture condition were optimized. Results: The results indicated that the optimal medium composition and culture conditions for the production of PHB from Alcaligenes eutrophus were as follows: glucose of 4.0%, ammonia sulfate of 0.3%, pH of 7.2, the fermented liquor volumn of 80 mL/ 250 mL and the inoculum size of 10%. Conclusions: Under the above conditions, the highest PHB concentration of 0.825 g/L and the cell dry weight of 1.734 g/L were obtained when Alcaligenes eutrophus was cultured for 30 h.
