Establishment of Method for Fast Detecting Sudan Colorants in Chilli and Its Products by HPLC

摘要 以辣椒及其制品为研究对象,建立HPLC快速测定苏丹红1号的方法。采用反相色谱法,以V(水)∶V(乙腈)∶V(丙酮)=20∶58∶22为流动相,用二极管阵列紫外-可见光度检测器(DAD)检测辣椒制品中的苏丹红1号。该分析方法的线性范围为1.95~24.4μg/mL,加标回收率在99.0%~101.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.42%(n=6),检出限(信噪比S/N=3)0.3μg/mL。该方法经实际应用,具有良好的准确性和重现性,且操作简单,易推广。 Using chilli and its products as research objects, a method for fast detecting Sudan 1 colorants in chilli powder and its products was established. The conditions of HPLC were as follows: the mobile phase was water-acetonitrile-acetone (ratio=20:58:22); Photodiode array detector was used to quantify and determine the Sudan colorants. Results showed that relative standard deviation was less than 0.42% (n=6), the detection limit (S/N=3) was 0.30 μg/mL, the linear range was 1.95-24.4 μg/mL and the recovery was 99.0%-101.6%. It has the advantage of simplicity, repeatability and accuracy, and was adapted for the laboratory determination conditions.
