摘要
采用双向电泳方法检测低剂量X射线全身照射诱导小鼠胸腺细胞核、细胞浆蛋白的早期表达。结果表明75mGyX射线照射后4小时细胞核出现4个新蛋白点;5个增强蛋白点;l个减弱蛋白点。胸腺细胞浆出现3个新蛋白点和3个增强蛋白点。这些早期基因表达产物可能参与细胞增殖、分化中的细胞信息传递过程和基因表达调控。
Early expression of proteins in nuclear and cytosolic extracts of thymocytes was investigated in mice exposed to lowdose ionizing radiation by means of twodimensional electrophoresis.It was found that there were 4 novel protein spots sprotein spots with increased density and 1 protein spot with reduced density in the nuclear fraction as well as 3 novel protein spots and 3 protein spots with increased density in the cytosolic fraction 4 hr after whole-body irradiation with 75 mGy X-rays.The implications of these early gene expression products are discussed.
