摘要
用137Csγ射线照射体外培养的成骨细胞,可引起成骨细胞功能、增殖率及形态的退行性改变。一次照射6.0Gy,成骨细胞的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的抑制率为28%、增殖率受抑制达48.2%,功能与形态改变与自然衰老细胞的改变类似,认为辐射诱导成骨细胞提前进入衰老状态,可作为研究延缓成骨细胞衰老药物的一种细胞模型。
Cs γ-rays were used to irradiate cultured osteoblasts in vitro.Degenerative changes in shape,disorders in function and proliferation of osteoblasts were observed.After irradiation with a single dose of 6.0Gy,the activity of owteoblast ALP and the rate of proliferation were inhibited by 28% and 48.2% respectively.The degeneration of osteoblasts exposed to γ-rays was similar to the natural ageing of cells.It is suggested that γ-irradiation may accelerate the ageing process of osteoblasts.This method may be used for establishing the cell model for the research of drugs to delay osteoblast ageing.
