残余应力对非均质焊接接头失效评定曲线的影响 被引量:1

摘要 基于CEGB/H/R6(Rev.3)法,采用热弹塑性有限元分析手段,研究了残余应力和强度组配对横向裂纹平板对接接头失效评定曲线的影响规律。结果表明,强度组配和残余应力对失效评定曲线具有明显的影响。当考虑残余应力时,低组配接头评定曲线的安全区大于高组配接头评定曲线的安全区,这与无残余应力时的情形正好相反。残余应力尤其对接头中的短裂纹影响较大,现行的CEGB/H/R6(Rev.3)方法不适用于接头中含有位于拉伸残余应力区内的短裂纹情形。而在应用CEGB/H/R6(Rev.3)失效评定曲线对接头中的大裂纹情形进行评价时,将得出偏于保守的结果。
