细胞凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2对NIH3T3细胞增殖及辐射敏感性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以含Bcl-2的重组逆转录病毒转染包装细胞系PA317,经G418抗性筛选,获得单克隆细胞,扩增并收集培养上清感染NIH3T3细胞,进而完成Bcl-2基因向NIH3T3细胞的导入。后者软琼脂集落形成率与细胞增殖速率均高于对照组,而辐射敏感性低于对照组。表明Bcl-2基因对NIH3T3细胞的增殖和辐射敏感性均具有一定的影响。 The packaging cell line PA317 was transfected with the recombinant retrovirus vector carrying Bcl-2.After 15 days, G-418-resistant clones were isolated and expanded, and the culture supernatant was collected to infect NIH 3 T 3.Compared with the control group, the infected NIH 3 T 3 cells were higher in agarose colony forming ability and proliferation and lower in irradiation sensitivity.
