结球甘蓝种质资源主要品质性状的研究 被引量:14

摘要 研究了19份结球甘蓝材料的感官品质和营养品质,结果表明:19份材料的感官品质均符合育种要求。916、寒玉5号2个杂交组合品质优良,其Vc含量高于0.410 mg/g.FW,硫代葡萄糖苷含量在0.700 mg/g.FW以下。A0-1、TM-2、FA-2、SM-1、RN-2是低硫代葡萄糖苷材料,其含量均小于0.700 mg/g.FW;TM-1、17号、A0-2是高Vc的材料,其含量高于0.350 mg/g.FW。相关性分析表明,可溶性糖与有机酸,干物质与可溶性糖、硫代葡萄糖苷、有机酸呈显著或极显著正相关。 The aesthetics and nutrient qualities of 19 common head cabbage materials were studied. The results showed that the aesthetics quality of the 19 materials all accorded with the breeding request. The two hybrid combinations 916 and Hanyu 5 had excellent qualities. Their vitamin C contents were more than 0. 410 mg/g· FW and the glucosiolate contents were less than 0. 700 mg/g" FW. A0-1, TM-2, FA-2, SM-1 and RN-2 were also low glucosinolate materials with the contents less than 0. 700 mg/g·FW. TM-1, 17 and A0-2 were high vitamin C materials with the contents more than 0. 350 mg/g·FW. The correlation analyses showed that the correlation between soluble sugar and organic acid and the correlations of dry matter with soluble sugar, glucosiolate and organic acid were significantly positive or very significantly positive.
