摘要
激素替代疗法是目前治疗妇女更年期综合征的主要方法,包括雌激素替代疗法和雌-孕激素替代疗法。但激素替代疗法也存在一些负面效应,在临床使用上存在争议。近年来,选择性雌激素受体调节剂的研究取得一定进展,将使更年期综合征的治疗更趋安全有效。
At present, hormone replacement therapy including estrogen replacement therapy and estrogen-progesterone replacement therapy is the most important method in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. This method brought some risks and induced debates in clinical use. In recent years, advanced research on selective estrogen receptor modulators has been made, making the treatment of menopausal syndrome safer and more effective.
