摘要
通过对F iesta轿车雨刮电动机自动复位系统工作原理的分析,确定影响雨刮器刮刷子系统准确复位的关键因素。根据电动机能耗制动理论推导出自动复位系统中复位片制动复位区圆心角的计算模型,利用推导的计算模型和顾客的要求对F iesta轿车雨刮电动机自动复位系统复位片的制动复位区圆心角进行理论计算,设计计算结果满足顾客要求。
Based on the work theory analysis of Fiesta car wiper motor automatic parking position system,the key factor was confirmed that the wipe subsystem accuracy parking position. According to the energy consume braking theory of electro - motor,calculation model on plate -park parking area central angle of automatic parking position system was set. By using the calculation model and customer requirement to calculate plate - park parking area central angle for Fiesta car wiper motor automatic parking position system, calculation and design result satisfied requirement of customer.
