摘要
我们使用MDM2和p53单克隆抗体和免疫组化方法,研究了25例人慢性放射性皮肤溃疡,发现MDM2高表达阳性率为36%(9/25),p53高表达阳性率仅为8%(2/25)。结果表明MDM2,p53,基因和蛋白质的分子病理变化可能参与人放射性皮肤溃疡的癌前病变。
We used MDM2 and p53 monoclonal antibodies and immunohistochemical method to study 25 cases of human radiation-induced skin ulcer.It was found that the positive rate for overexpression of MDM2 was 36% (9/25)and for that of p53 was only 8% (2/25).The result suggests that the molecular pathological changes in MDM2 and p53,genes and proteins might be involved in cancer transformation of human radiationinduced skin ulcer.
