APPRAISAL OF THE TRAINING EFFECT IN HIV LABORATORY WORKERS

[目的]了解HIV检验技术人员培训前后的HIV/AIDS知识水平,为提高HIV检测水平,建立艾滋病实验室网络奠定基础。[方法]采取集中培训方式,理论授课与实验室操作相结合的方式。[结果]培训前HIV检验人员对艾滋病基础知识有一定了解,但仅6.6%的人了解艾滋病普遍性防护原则,说明检验人员的自我防护意识差。培训前对HIV检测知识的掌握较差,多数问题的答对率在50%以下,知识的欠缺主要表现在对ELISA实验的原理、敏感性、特异性以及艾滋病初筛实验室的必备条件和任务等。培训后,对艾滋病基础知识和HIV检测知识的掌握都有了较大幅度的提高,试题答对率多数在90%以上。特别是HIV检测知识的答对率显著提高(P<0.01)。[结论]本次培训效果显著。

[Objective] To know the HIV/AIDS knowledge level of HIV laboratory workers before and after training and establish the AIDS laboratory network. [Methods] The centralism training way was adoped. Theory teaching as well as laboratory operation was used. [ Results] Before training, The HIV technical personnel had a certain understanding about the AIDS foundation knowledge, but there were few underctunding the AIDS protection principle, which indicates personnel＇s self- protection consciousness was few. Before training the correct rate of most questions to the HIV examination knowledge was below 50%, especially in the fields of the ELISA experiment principle, the sensitivity of ELISA, as well as the necessary condition and the duty and so on. After training, The understanding of the AIDS foundation knowledge and the HIV examination knowledge was greatly enhanced. The correct rate was above 90%, especially the HIV examination knowledge （P 〈 0.01 ） . [Conclusion] This training has obvions effect.
