大连市学校食堂餐具消毒监测结果分析 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]全面了解大连市学校食堂餐具的卫生质量情况,为今后学校师生食堂餐饮卫生监督提供科学依据。[方法]大肠菌群按GB14934-94纸片法。[结果]大连市学校食堂餐具大肠菌群整体合格率为合格率为75.79%;不同办学性质学校食堂餐具消毒后,大肠菌群检出率无统计学差异;不同季节对餐具消毒效果影响较大,夏季合格率最低。[结论]大连市学校使用的餐具卫生状况整体情况比较好,只有个别学校稍差。建议卫生监督机构除继续保持监测外,应着重加大对卫生状况和消毒效果稍差的学校的监督,指导学校做好消毒工作,以保护学校师生的饮食安全,避免引起食物中毒。 [Objective] To supply the scientific basis for the inspection in the future. [Methods] Coli-group according to GB14934-94 paper strip method was used. [ Results] There were 75.7% schools qualified in the detection of coil-group contained in the dishware. There were no distinct differences between public schools and private schools on the detection of coligroup. Seasons affected the results of the disinfection a lot, and the percentage of qualification was the lowest in summer. [ Conclusion ] The general hygiene condition of the dishware used in all schools in Dalian is qualified except several schools. The suggestion is that the institution of health inspection should keep on the inspection, pay more attention to those schools with poor hygiene environment and give guidance on disinfection for the purpose of preventing the teachers and student from food poisoning and protecting the food safety of students and teachers.
