摘要
[目的]探讨危重病患儿家属的心理需求。[方法]采用问卷方法,随机调查214名危重病患儿家属。[结果]及时了解患儿病情变化、患儿有生存希望、能得到最好的治疗和护理是普遍的心理需求;心理需求与家属的性别差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),患儿母亲的心理需求明显高于父亲。与家属的年龄、职业、文化程度差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]理解和重视家属的心理需求,及时与患儿家属沟通有关信息,可以消除和减轻其不良心理,有利于患儿康复。
[Objective] To research the relations＇mental needs of the heavy sick children. [Methods] 214 heavy sick children＇s relations were investigated with questionnaires. [Results] The common mental needs were that timely understanding children＇s condition, a hope of living, getting the best treatment and nursing. There was obvious difference in mental needs between the relations＇ sex （P 〈 0.05） . The mother＇s need was clearly higher than the father＇s, but there were no clear differences in age, profession and education （P 〉 0.05） . [Conclusion] Understanding and paying attention to the relations＇ mental needs, exchanging the information with the relations timely can eliminate and release the unhealthy mentality, which is benifical to the recovery of the sick children.
