摘要
以尿素和7水硫酸锌为原料进行反应,制备出了粒状复合肥料尿素。考察了尿素与硫酸锌物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间和硫酸锌的浓度对尿素锌产率的影响,得出适宜的工艺条件为:n(尿素)∶n(硫酸锌)=6∶1(物质的量比),反应温度70℃,反应时间30 min,硫酸锌的质量浓度为10%,在此条件下,尿素锌的产率达到82.34%。展望了尿素锌的工业前景。
The granular compound fertilizer, Zinc - urea, was prepared with urea and zincvitriol as the reaction materials.The effects of mole ratio of urea to zinc sulfate, reaction temperature, reaction time and the concentration of zinc sulfate on the yield of zinc - urea were investigated. The suitable technological conditions were urea/zinc sulfate mole ratio 6:1, reaction temperature 70℃, time 30 min and mass percent of Zinc sulfate 10% .The yield of Zinc - Urea under these conditions reached 82.34 %. The industrial prospect of zinc - urea was forecasted.
