摘要
利用P204作为萃取剂萃取分离废旧含镍电池中的Ni2+,得出萃取分离的最佳工艺条件为:P204皂化率为30%;被萃取的含Ni2+溶液与P204-煤油混合液的体积比为1:1;P204的体积分数为30%;萃取振荡时间为1 min;萃取级数为一级.在此条件下,以P204和磺化煤油组成的有机相萃取分离效果较好.
The separation of nickel from used batteries with P204 was investigated, and the optimal conditions for extraction were obtained: at normal room temperature, the saponification rate of P204 is 30%; the volume ratio of extracted nickel and P204 kerosene, 1:1; volume fraction of P204, 30%; the extraction vibration time, 1 minute; and the number of stages in extraction, 1. The best effect was achieved from organic phase composed of P204 and sulfonated kerosene.
