成人分泌型乳腺癌临床病理分析

Secretory Carcinoma of the Breast in Adults

本文报告了4树成人分泌形乳腺癌。大体多数有推进性边缘，2例可见坏死及鼻腔形成。组织学特点表现为大多数肿瘤与周围有纤维分隔，排列成腺泡状、滤泡样、腺样及乳头状结构。核是泡状．细胞界形性不显著，核分裂相罕见或缺乏。细胞内外均可见红染的分泌物，PAS染色阴性。

Four cases of secretory caleinoma of the breast were reported. All of them are feniale. Their age ranged 28 to 64 years old. Secretory carclnoma in our materils share a number of histological features, (A) They have predominantly pushing margins; (B)The epithelial component is arranged in solid, alveolar or follicular groups, adenoid and papillaryi (C) Vesicular nuclei is rare or absent mitotic figure: (D) Intracellular and extracellular secretions is present. We reviewed the literature and discussed the prognosis of secre tory carcinoma of the breast.
