摘要
介绍上海外高桥二期码头建造的世界一流的全自动、无人化集装箱空箱堆场。该堆场采用具有自主知识产权的高低架RMG与中转平台相结合的接力式集装箱堆场装卸新工艺,结合数字通讯、自动控制技术、三维堆场管理与规划技术,实现对集装箱的高效自动装卸。
The paper introduces a fully automated and unmanned container yard for pre - loaded container in the second - phase terminals in Shanghai Wai Gao Qiao port. The yard utilizes a relay type of handling process on the container yard with own intellective property, higher or lower frame of RMG （ Rail mounted Gantry Crane） , and transit platform. The process combines a digital communication technology with an automation technology and 3D yard management and planning technology to realize an efficient automatic handling to the container.
