Membrane separation technology can be used in the purification, clarification, concentration and modification of alcoholic beverages, with which the color, smell and taste of alcoholics can be maintained, and their storage life can be extended. The principles, history, applications, characteristics and advantages of membrane separation technology used in the improvement of alcoholic beverage production processes were reviewed.
