Promoting Measures and Enlightenments of Japanese Venous Industry

静脉产业作为日本建立循环型社会的重点领域和切入点,目前已经成为日本建设循环型社会的核心产业,在扩大就业机会、促进经济发展的新领域,有着广阔的发展前景。本文基于日本静脉产业发展的现状,对日本推进静脉产业发展的关键措施、核心内容方面进行分析和研究,认为中国静脉产业或循环经济的发展必须以政府为主导、企业为主体;把家用电器回收处理和废弃物资回收资源化系统作为核心内容。

As the focus and the key point of Japan＇s circular society, venous industry has been a core industry, with a high potential to create job opportunities and to facilitate economic growth. By examining the status quo of Japanese venous industry, this paper studies Japan＇s measures of promoting venous industry and analyses the main component sections of the industry. The result suggests that the development of Chinese venous industry or circular economy requires government to be a leading factor, while enterprises to be the subjects. Moreover, improving the recycling system of home-appliances and other offal should nevertheless be the main task.
