摘要
AUCNET株式会社作为日本国内最大的二手车网上拍卖企业和日本国内第一家视频拍卖公司,在日本的二手车拍卖市场取得了很大的成功。笔者认为,它的成功在于它有效地实施了“信任”战略。本文把AUCNET定义为一家网络市场上的质量中介公司,认为系统信任、制度信任、人际关系信任以及对信任的动态管理是该公司实施网络信任战略的核心要素。该信任战略的成功,对我国电子商务市场的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
Being the largest online player and the first video frequency auction company, AUCNET Inc. has gained a lion's share in Japan's used car market. The company's success can be largely contributed to its effective trust strategy. This paper defines AUCNET as a quality-intermediary in the e-market, arguing that he kemel of its cyber trust strategy lies in customers' trust for the system, for the transaction rules, and for the service staff, as well as a dynamic trust management. The success of this trust strategy may provide some useful references for the development of China's e-commerce.
