摘要
采用多面体和光电自准直仪对圆刻机进行分度误差检定，用光电圆分度检验仪进行反盘的格线误差检定，最后介绍用多面体和光电自准直仪检定光学分度台的示值误差。
The dividing error of the cicular machine were measured by Polygon mirror and photo-electric autocollimator. The error of the glass circle was measured by a photoelectric circular calibrator. The dividing error was calculated from the recored by this calibrator. The measurement method is comparative in this paper.
