在长期的教学和临床中,深刻体会到临床治疗小儿病用药谨慎的重要性。1.用药及时、谨慎、正确。小儿的体质其脏腑娇嫩,形气未充,病理上变化迅速,易虚易实,易寒易热,争取时间及时治疗是非常重要的。2.治疗时要注意中病即止。小儿对药物反应灵敏,用药时必须根据小儿个体特点和疾病轻重区别对待,若应用大辛、大热、大苦、大寒、有毒、攻伐、腻滞的药物时,更须审慎或中病即止,千万不可过剂,以防伤津、伤气、伤脾、滞胃。3.抓住疾病本质,对证治疗。4.用药时攻而不猛,补而不腻,重在调理。5.运用和创造儿科中药的新剂型。

It is important of the prudent using drugs to treat child disease in clinic. There are five aspects in clinic： 1. the drugs were used promptly, careful and correctly because child constitution is tender entrails, physical condition and vitality insufficient, disease changing very soon, easy deficiency and easy sthenia syndrome and easy cold and easy heat. 2. The doctor must discontinue medication as soon as it gets effect because the child is sensitive to drugs, so the different drugs are used on the bases of different child constitution. The doctor must be more careful when uses the great acrid, great heat, great bitter, great cold, poisonous, drive away pathogen and greasy drugs. 3. The doctor must treat by the nature of disease. 4. The doctor need use the mild drugs to drive away pathogen and reinforce but not greasy and regulation methods to treat disease, 5. The doctor must use and invent the new traditional Chinese medicine dosage form in clinic.
