补肾壮阳胶囊人参皂苷的含量测定

Content Determination for Ginsenoside of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule

目的:建立补肾壮阳胶囊的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱:大连依利特ODSC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙进-0.1%磷酸水(80∶20);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:254nm;柱温:30℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1加样回收率为99.72%,RSD%=1.18%;人参皂苷Re加样回收率为99.26%,RSD%=1.66%;人参皂苷Rb1加样回收率为99.89%,RSD%=1.35%。结论:所建立的含量测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用来评价补肾壮阳胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish RP- HPLC method for content determination of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule. Methods： Using BDS C18 column （200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） of Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the wavelength was 203 nm. Results： The average recovery of Ginsenoside Rgl was 99.72% with RSD= 1.18%, The average recovery of Ginsenoside Re was 99.26% with RSD= 1.66%, and the average recovery of Ginsenoside Rbl was 99.89% with RSD= 1.35%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and can be used to for quality supervisorv of Invigorate the Kidney Yang Capsule.
