摘要 《饮膳正要》为元代忽思慧所著,书中将蒙古族饮食养生的特点,如保养守中,饮食有节;养生之道,宜忌为要;食物之味,不可偏颇的道理,论述条理清晰,条分缕析,值得今人学习,并进行研究。 The anther of Principle of Correct Diet was Husihui in Yuan-dynasty. The book recorded the feature of Health cultivation of drink and food of Mongolia, for example, it was key that drink and food must be control if you took good care of one's health, the way of keeping good health must be fit or avoided drink and food and that one or some of five flavor couldn't be partial. It was a example for our learning and study in today.
