摘要
研究了合成条件对聚对二氧杂环己酮特性粘度和转化率的影响,及其由聚合物制作的缝线的体外降解性能.结果表明,缝线在酸碱介质中降解速度比中性介质中明显加快.DSC谱图结果表明,降解首先在无定形区开始,在降解初期缝线中形成新的微晶区,造成结晶度有所增加.
In this paper,the effect of polymerization condition on intrinsic viscosity( η ) of polydioxanone and conversion for the polymerization of dioxanone was investigated, and the hydrolytic degradation in vitro of polydioxanone suture was studied. The results showed that the suture degrded more fast in acidic and basic medium than in neutral medium. The DSC melting curves showed that the degradation of suture began first in amorphous region, and in the initial stage of degradation new microcrystalline region formed so that the crystallinity increased.
