低场MRI短反转时间的反转恢复序列在颅脑中的应用

摘要 目的:评价短反转时间的反转恢复(STIR)序列在颅脑中的应用价值。方法:对85例脑部疾病患者同时行常规T2WI及STIR检查,比较两种序列对病灶的显示情况。结果:在50例脑白质病变中,STIR序列显示病灶与常规T2WI像相比对比度更高;在20例头皮损伤方面更有优势;对15例颅内脂肪瘤的诊断具有明显优势。结论:STIR序列可作为颅脑MR检查常规序列的补充,以提高疾病的诊断正确率。 Objective To evaluate the application of STIR in cerebral disease. Methods 85 cases were studied with conventional MR T2WI and STIR simultaneously. The presentation of the lesions were compared. Results In fifty patients with leukody strophy,STIR sequence has higher contrast than conventional T2-weighted sequence in discovering focus;and it is dominant in diagnosing scalp injury in twenty patients and intracranial lipoma in fifteen ones. Conclusion STIR sequence should be the supplement of brain MR~ conventional sequences, as to elevate the ratio of correct diagnosis.
