摘要 目的:拟定复乐霜的制备工艺和质量控制标准。方法:确定复乐霜的制备工艺流程,采用HPLC法对哈西奈德进行含量测定。结果:哈西奈德在浓度8μg/ml^40μg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积之比的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.23%,RSD为0.69%。结论:处方设计合理,质控方法可靠。 Objective To study preparation technology,quality control standard of Fu Le cream. Methods Fu Le Cream preparation technology was confirmed and eontent of main component (Haleinonide) was detected by using HPLC. Results Halcinonide's content was in 8 μg/ml -40 μg/ml. Linear correlation of concentration compare and peak area was good (r = 0. 9999 ). Average recovery was 102.23%. RSD = 0.69%. Conclusion Perforrnulation is reasonable, quality eontrol is reliability.
