护理干预对糖尿病患者心理状态的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status of Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的:探讨护理干预对糖尿患者心理的影响。方法:用焦虑抑郁自评量表评估糖尿患者的精神状况,并给予护理干预,包括糖尿病宣教、药物干预、心理护理、感觉护理,然后比较干预前后的分值。结果:糖尿病患者存在明显的紧张焦虑心理,护理干预后症状明显改善。结论:对糖尿病患者进行及时有效、多层次的护理干预,有助于控制疾病及早康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes mellitus patients complicated with psychological status. Methods The 235 diabetes mellitus patients were analyzed by using Zung anxiety-depression self-evaluation scaleand Hamilton evaluation scale. Patients were given nursing intervention including education;drug disposal;psychological nursing;sens^ny nursing. Results The data showed most diabetes mellitus patients had marked anxiety-depression mentality（ P 〈0.01 ）. And it was to improve after given nursing intervention（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion For diabetes mellitus patients multiple-leveled nursing intervention should be carried out toward the routienuse.
