微机在织布机工艺参数测试中的应用

Utilizing computer for textile machine’s process data testing

采用Ａｐｐｌｅ－Ⅱ型微机与自制的传感器、放大器、Ａ／Ｄ卡组成的测试系统，完成对织布机工艺参数进行采样、画图。

This article describes a well-rounded testing system, which is made up of an Apple-Ⅱ micro-computer and home -made transducer(s). amplifier(s) and A/D card. The system completes a series of data sampling graphics, analysis and computation for textile machine processes. The system uses BASIC language for its software. The operator can use man-machine dialogue method for Graphics, computation and analysis to complete required assignment.
