摘要
【目的】研究缺血预处理对大鼠脑组织Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性的影响。【方法】采用四血管阻断法大鼠全脑缺血模型,将24只大鼠随机分为3组:手术对照组(n=8),预处理缺血组(n=8)和脑缺血组(n=8),应用酶联法测定Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性。【结果】脑缺血组Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性较手术对照组显著下降(P<0.05),预处理缺血组Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性较脑缺血组明显升高(P<0.05)。【结论】缺血预处理可保护脑组织中Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性。
[Objective] To observe the effects of ischemic preconditioning on the activity of Na^+ , K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ - ATPase in the brain tissues of rat. [Methods] The whole cerebral ischemia was induced with four-blood vessel occlusion. Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: operation control group ( n = 8), cerebral ischemic preconditioning group ( n = 8) and cerebral ischemia group ( n = 8). The activity of Na^+ , K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ -ATPase were determined with an enzyme-coupled assay. [Results] The activity of Na^+, K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ -ATPase of cerebral ischemia group were significantly lower than that of control group and cerebral ischemic preconditioning group. [Conclusion] The results suggest that the activity of Na^+ , K^+ -ATPase and C^a2+ -ATPase are protected by ischemic preconditioning.
