摘要
介绍了某石化公司乙腈法抽提丁二烯装置的一次溶剂解吸塔泄漏情况和处理过程。通过对泄漏部位的宏观观察并结合生产实际进行综合分析。结果表明,泄漏的主要原因是焊接缺陷导致焊缝区发生缝隙腐蚀,而工作介质的局部酸性、流体的流动形态、大气中有害物质、温差应力等综合作用,加上使用期过长等加剧了腐蚀,导致该塔泄漏。提出了综合改进措施。
The leakage and treatment of solvent desorber in a butadiene unit of organic synthesis plant are introduced. Through macroscopical observation and integrated analysis of the leakage area, the main reason of leakage was found to be the welding defect of the welding seam. The comprehensive effect of partial acidlity of working medium, flowing status of fluid, nocuous material in atmosphere, together with the overlong usage, largely increased the corrosion rate and caused the leakage. The improving methods are presented.
