摘要
介绍了利用莱钢的钢渣和高炉矿渣生产高强度钢渣矿渣水泥的研究情况,研究结果表明,当钢渣矿渣水泥中掺入40%钢渣,34%水渣,20%熟料和6%激发剂时,钢渣矿渣水泥的各项性能均能达到425号钢渣矿渣水泥的国标要求,也为莱钢的钢渣和矿渣开辟了一条高附加值利用途径。。
This paper presents the researches on the production of high strength steelmaking slag and BF slag cement(SS &BFS cement) by utilizing steelmaking slag and BF slag in Laiwu Steel Group. The research results show that properties of SS &BFS cement are up to relative international standards of 425 SS &BFS cement, when 40% steelmaking slag,34% BF slag,20% OPC clinker and 6% activator are intermingled in SS&BFS cement,opening up a way to a high added-value utilization of steelmaking slag and BF slag in Laiwu Steel Group.
