Research progress of relationship between IL-1 gene polymorphisms and gastric cancer susceptibility

胃癌是危害人类生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,其病因复杂,是遗传因素和环境因素综合作用的结果。近年来的研究表明,细胞因子白细胞介素1(IL-1)的基因多态性,可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起一定作用。本文就该方面的研究进展进行综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world. The causes and pathogenesis of gastric cancer are complex, and both genetic and environmental factors may contribute to the development of gastric cancer. Recent studies have revealed that polymorphisms of interleukin-1 （IL-1） gene may be associated with the risk of gastric cancer and the progress of this issue is thus reviewed.
