Ethic Defects of the Urban Dual Labor Market in China

本文从经济伦理规范的角度,对我国城市二元劳动力市场进行了分析,指出其存在的主要伦理缺陷有:农民工与城市正式职工相比,社会地位存在严重的身份歧视;就业选择缺乏机会公平;劳动报酬缺乏经济公平;劳动力形成过程缺乏起点公平以及劳动权益保障缺乏结果公平。

The urban labor market in our country belongs to the classic dual labor market. Its unreasonableness is widely known. This article gives an economic ethic normal analysis to it and points out its main ethic defects. Compared with urban formal workers, there is identity discrimination on social status, no opportunity equity on the option of employment, no economic equity on the labor rewards, no starting point equity in the course of the labor development, and no result equity on the guarantee of labor rights for urban migrant workers.
