摘要
对集体与个人关系的认识向来分属于集体主义和个人主义两大阵营,然而,这两种价值观各有其局限性,其共同出路是平衡主义的价值观。如果说在过去的岁月中,遵循平衡主义价值观有其现实约束,那么当今社会这些约束将被大大弱化,平衡主义不仅应该,而且可能成为微观组织的管理哲学,事实上,组织生涯管理正是基于这一管理哲学的产物,从而在集体和个人之间建立和谐关系。
There are two opinions about the relationship between collective and individual. However, each of these two opinions has its limitation, only equilibriumism can solve the problem. If in the past, there were restrictions on following equilibriumism, nowadays these restrictions will be greatly weakened. Equilibriumism will probably become micro-organization management philosophy. As a matter of fact, the organizational career management model is just based on it, therefore the harmonious relationship between individual and collective is built.
