江苏建设高教强省与苏北高教发展

Jiangsu's Contribution to Strong Province of Higher Education and the Development of Higher Education in Northern Jiangsu

江苏省作为我国教育发展较快的省份,提出了建设“高教强省”的宏伟目标,但省内南北部高等教育发展的严重不均衡成为制约这一目标实现的重要因素。本文从解读“高教强省”的特征起,指出和谐均衡发展的重要性,阐述苏北高教的现状及与目标不和谐的因素,并提出苏北高等教育的发展思路。

As one of the developed provinces in China, Jiangsu Province has carried out the target of contributing to the strong province of higher education. However, the development between the southern and the northern is seriously uneven. The problem has greatly restricted Jiangsu Province in realizing its goal of becoming the strong province of higher education. This paper analyzes the character of the strong province of higher education, points out the importance of the even development and describes the main condition of the higher education in northern Jiangsu. Finally, the paper proposes some suggestions for the development of northern Jiangsu＇s higher education macrographically in light of the characteristics of Jiangsu＇s higher education.
