Application of XML on Data Transformation in Product Model

基于XML的数据描述功能,提出了采用信息分解的方法,分别将在产品建模系统中产品层次信息模型的装配和几何拓扑信息与三角面片信息以XML中性文档和三角面片模型文件的形式,通过数据转换接口传递到虚拟装配系统中,并在虚拟装配系统中通过映射关系进行模型重构,较好地解决了CAD系统和虚拟装配系统之间的信息共享问题,并通过实例验证了研究成果的可行性.

According to the data description function of the XML, a method is put forward by decomposing information to transform the assembly information and geometry topology information contained in the product modeling system into virtual assembly system through data exchange interface. Using XML-based neural file and triangle polygon model file, virtual product model is reconstructed through mapping relations between polygons and geometry elements. The technique mentioned above solves data share problem between CAD and virtual assembly system. A prototype system is developed for verifying the feasibility of the technique.
