金银花化学成分分析

The Chemical Constituents of Lonicera Japonica Thunb

研究了忍冬科(Caprifoliaceae)金银花(Lonicera JaponicaThunb)的化学成分.采用大孔吸附树脂、Sepha-dex LH-20柱和硅胶柱层析法,对金银花水提物中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定.分离出8个化合物,分别鉴定为:原儿茶酸(Ⅰ)、咖啡酸(Ⅱ)、阿魏酸(Ⅲ)、绿原酸(Ⅳ)、2(E)-3-乙氧基丙烯酸(Ⅴ)、三十五醇(Ⅵ)、二十五醇(Ⅶ)、2-(2-丙烯氧基)-乙醛(Ⅷ),其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ均为首次从金银花中分离得到.

The water-extracts of Lonicera Japonica Thunb are chromatographed over macroporous pore resin column, Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column, and then compounds are separated and purified. On the basis of their spectral data （UV, IR, NMR,etc. ） and chemical evidence, their structures are identified. Results show that the constituents of the water-extracts of this plant mainly contain organic-acids and iridoids. Organic-acid components and others, such as protocatechuic acid（Ⅰ）, caffeic acid（Ⅱ）, ferulic acid（Ⅲ）, chlorogenic acid（Ⅳ）, 2（E）-3-ethoxy acrylic acid（Ⅴ）, pentatriaconta alcohol（Ⅵ ）, pentacosa alcohol（Ⅶ）, 2-（2-propenyloxy）-ethanal （Ⅷ）, are obtained. Among them, compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ are separated for the first time from Lonicera Japonica Thunb.
