摘要
针对建德地区电力负荷网络管理系统逐渐老化的现状,在最大限度保留原来设备的基础上,结合该地区的地理环境和经济水平,对管理系统的总体、主站和终端等提出了相应的升级设计方案.经过实际测试,本方案设计合理,保证了设计的规范性和可扩展性,发挥了管理系统的作用,能够有效地控制调整电力负荷,通过远程抄表维护电网的安全运行,对该地区电力负荷管理起到了积极作用.
The power management system of Jian-de region is gradually ageing. According to the local geographic environment and economic level, The paper gives the power company an upgrade scheme including the management system, main station and terminal. After practically testing, this scheme is reasonable and expansible. The paper also develops the power control and management system. The upgraded system can keep the power net working safely by long- distance control and bring positive effect to the power management system.
