摘要
通过对山西省1986年以来的专利授权量进行横向、纵向的比较研究,勾勒出山西省专利授权量的发展轨迹,反映出山西省专利授权工作中存在的问题:山西省专利授权量在全国排名落后且差距有扩大趋势;山西省专利分布结构不合理且发展趋势不容乐观。
Based on the volume of Shanxi patents since 1986, the Article outlines the development path of Shanxi patents and reflects the problems in Shanxi patents： that it falls behind in the national rankings with a widening gap, unreasonable distribution structure and unfavorable development trend.
