摘要
研究了气相色谱法分析燃料乙醇中的水分。色谱柱为Porapak Q填充柱(2m×!3mm),载气为氢气,最佳工作条件:柱温150℃,检测器温度150℃,进样器温度160℃,桥流100mA,载气流速为36mL/min,进样量为0.5μL;并利用外标法建立了标准曲线。结果表明,该法用于燃料乙醇中水分的测定,有较好的准确度和精密度;样品峰形对称,重现性好,方法简便,适合大量样品的测定。
The determination of water content in fuel ethanol by gas chromatography was introduced. A 2m×Ф3mm mm column packed with Porpak Q and hydrogen carrier gas was used and the optimal working conditions were as follows: colurnn temperature at 150℃,detector temperature at 150℃, sampling chamber temperature at 160℃,range as 100mA ,carry gas velocity as 36 mL/min ,and sampling quantity as 0.5μL .The content of water was detected by standard curve. The results suggested that it was a satisfactory method with high precision and accuracy, good reproductivity and symetrical peak shape of samoles. This method could be used in the determination of large amount of samoles.
