转基因拟南芥中外源基因的Southern blot检测 被引量:1

Southern Blot Analysis of Exogenous Transgenic Genes in Transgenic Arabidopsis Plants

摘要 外源基因在转基因植物的稳定表达是获得理想转基因植物的首要条件。在我们进行的转基因植物研究中,根据转基因植物所带有的转基因成分和标记基因的DNA序列,采用Southern blot技术对转基因植物中的猪α-乳清蛋白基因和标记基因的拷贝数进行了分析。结果表明:外源基因的拷贝数和外源基因的稳定表达相关。 Abstract:The foreign genes are stably expressed in transgenic plant, which is main issue for plant transformation research. In this article, accoding to transgenic components and DNA sequence of marker genes in transgenic plant, we adopt southern blot technology to analyze porcine α -lactalbumin and copy numbers of marker genes in transgencic plant. The results showed the copynumber of exogenous genes is dramatically related to the stable expression of exogenous genes.
