政务资源共享是信息化工作重点。通过实施政务资源共享基础调查、企业基础信息交换试点等工作,作者深入探讨了政务资源共享中存在数据重复采集、平台重复建设、产权利益不清等三个突出问题。针对存在的问题,对制定国家政务资源共享管理法律规范进行了研究,并提出了档案部门的职责。

Government Information Resource Sharing Through is current informatization work focus. implementing foundation investigation of government informaiton resources sharing and piloting work of enterprise basic informaition exchange,three prominent problem of government informaiton resource sharing about data repetitive acquisition,platform repetitive construction and property fight indistinction were detailed discussed.Based on these problems, Formulating government information resource sharing management law was researched,and the responsibility of Archives Administration Department adviced.
